As we have planned and worked on dozens of events as marketing professionals over the last 20 years, we know that getting attention for your convention presence, product, or launch event can mean the difference between creating “pop” for you company, or being forgotten in a crowed marketplace. Backstage passes can be an affordable way to put dozens or even hundreds of “walking billboards” on the show floor or around your customers necks. To that end, we have developed this page to give you some creative ways to use our passes in a marketing environment.
Unlike business cards, people not only keep our passes, but they also distinguish themselves in a suitcase full of business cards that your customers will take home from a convention or special event. Sponsor logos, web addresses, and other information will give value to your passes that go beyond access to a certain event. Our Mini-lams make about the coolest business cards that you can get, and the addition of “Tags” (like guest, VIP, STAFF, etc) can give you multi pule designs that will separate your guests from staff, and let your employees know who is who. You can have up to 5 different “tags” or pieces of art on any order.
One question we get asked a lot is “can you personalize passes?” We can work from any list you have to personalize passes, but many of our clients leave room in their design for Avery label’s, allowing for easy merging of databases, and personalization at a lower cost, onsite. A lot of our clients even get another company on board to pay for the passes, having your information on one side, and letting a partner have the other side of the other side of the pass to get their message across, while saving you money.
